The teamwork and level of care experienced at Bauer Orthodontics will go unmatched. We are committed to working with our patients, their parents and their dentist to ensure the most desirable outcome of each and every case.
We are lucky to have the opportunity to work with some of the most caring and intelligent staff in the area. You won’t find a team more willing to help and ensure every patient is comfortable and every question is answered. Each member of our team is constantly being trained and made up to date on the most recent technologies. Dr. Bauer encourages and supports the continuing education of each team member.
Debbie
Scheduling/Financial Coordinator
Debbie is our financial coordinator and has been with Dr. Bauer since April 2011. Debbie is married with two daughters, and has four grandchildren. In her spare time Debbie enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
Shari
Office Manager/Treatment Coordinator
Treatment Coordinator, joined Bauer Orthodontics in 2015. She enjoys meeting with new patients, helping them understand the ins and outs of orthodontic treatment. When not in the office, she spends time with her husband and three daughters and two grandchildren.
Megan T.
Scheduling/Treatment Coordinator
Megan has been a part of the Bauer team since 2018. She enjoys being one of the first to welcome our patients to the office and helping to get them started on their orthodontic journey. You will find Megan at the front desk always greeting our patients with a smile. She enjoys spending time with her husband, and four daughters.
Melissa B.
Clinical Assistant
Melissa has been in the orthodontic field since 2020 and joined the Bauer team in 2021. Her favorite part of ortho is debond day, and helping make our patient's smiles beautiful. When Melissa is not in the office, she loves going on adventures with her son, Kayson.
Kayla
Lab Coordinator
Kayla joined the Bauer Team in 2022. She works hard behind the scenes in our lab.
When Kayla is not working, she enjoys spending time with her friends and fiancé Jeremy. In her free time she loves going to the gym and attending St. Louis sporting events.
Lauryn
Scheduling Coordinator
Lauryn has been a part of the Bauer Team since 2022. She enjoys being one of the first to welcome our patients to the office. Her favorite part about working at Bauer Ortho is that it feels like family, not just a workplace.
When not in the office, Lauryn enjoys spending time with her fiancé, Broc, dog Zoie, and coaching her dance team in Southern Illinois.
Danielle
Clinical Assistant
Danielle has been in the dental field since 2021 and joined the Bauer Team in 2022. It makes her happy to watch patients gain confidence with their smiles. She is always expanding her knowledge and growth in orthodontics.
Danielle loves spending time with her long-time boyfriend, Blain, and going on adventures with their dog, Willow. One of her greatest joys is being an auntie to her nieces and nephews. When not telling ‘dad’ jokes, you can hear her quoting The Office.
