As our Treatment Coordinator, Beth greets new patients and their families. She wants each patient to feel welcome and answer any questions patients may have about their orthodontic treatment. Beth grew up in St. Charles and enjoys reading, playing with her golden retriever, Molly, and spending time with friends and family. She loves making patients comfortable and helping them achieve their goal of having a beautiful smile!.

Debbie joined Bauer Orthodontics in April 2011. She has worked in the orthodontic field for the last 15 years. She works at the front desk welcoming everyone with a smile. She will help you with scheduling, insurance and many other patient needs. Debbie values the opportunity to work with our patients and a great team. She loves spending time with her family and friends.

Brenna joined our practice in July 2011. As our Records Coordinator, she assists in taking all the records necessary for a proper diagnosis. She really enjoys seeing the transformation of our patients, from beginning to end. In her free time Brenna loves being outdoors, kayaking, hiking, and spending time with her friends and family. She is very happy to be part of such a great office!

Rhonda has been in the orthodontic field for over 6 years. She joined Bauer Orthodontics in the spring of 2011. She enjoys interacting with the patients and seeing the great smiles that result from treatment. In her free time she likes spending time with her friends and family
